Apparently i can't sleep. so i will make my self useful:



So We should start advertising
However, early on Bothaina asked to do this then disappeared.

So here is My idea:

What do you want to say in the announcement?
lets brain storm then any other free staff can do it?

ok let's start:

For me i want it to sound official and inviting.
also, i want the logo present.


What about you?
if i remember Manar would like to include her survey.
but we need to put an e-mail to send the survey to.
So Manar what email should we put?

1- We will start next semester and we are new and reqruiting.
2- We are the REAL OFFICIAL magazine with permission from Ms. Mashael and is followed by a teaching staff member (yours truely).
3- introduce what the magazine is all about (try to make it exciting and motivating).

4- we would like them to visit this forum and give us any ideas they have.

5- we would like them to do answer some surveys and do some polls to include it in our next issues.

6- announce the opened jobs.

about e-mails:

its not that we need new ideas for advertisement.
in fact, how can this advertisement help your corner?
u are responsible for jobs ops right? Don't you for example want to know if any under graduate worked during the summer? and use this poll you made into the article you are going to talk about?

so for you you could say:
i want a poll that says:
Q- Did you ever work during the summer break?

1- No way.
2- thought about it but i got lazy.
3- thought about it but i don't know how to apply.
4- i did.


something like that or not depending on your vision.

i do not know ..but i see polls r only for famous magazine.. i mean magazine that whenever u refresh its page on the the internet the number of visitors become more and more...
how can we make polls with only not more than 50 visitors
i do not know but i see such polls do not reflect reality...
we r beginners..actually we r not born yet..so i -for myself- will not think about polls till i make sure that i have more than 100 person look for our magazine..
otherwise. i will stick to my opinion and try to be objective...

ok so the E-mail problem.
we have 2 choices.
one e-mail for all then we hire someone to co-ordinate.
or similar email for each corner.

maybe we need to vote on this?

and yes we need to announce that we are scouting for talents!

I prefer that each section should have its own email in order to finish the work as fast as possible.

so it won't mix up with your daily use (i strongly suggest Gmail):

why i suggest you use gmail, is because we can edit documents on line and view it together.

as soon as you make a new account please post it here!

i'll be inviting you to use gmail from the main account of the magazine.
